Bacon, Beer and Music. What a Perfect Week in the City

Chicago Public Relations Firm, Molise PR, has the scoop on a couple great events this week right in the city of Chicago. The events are different in every way, but when you put them together you get quite a combination. Beer, and Bacon were the key ingredients in Eduardo’s Enoteca’s event last weekend, the 5 Rabbit Cerveceria inspired Beer Brunch. While later on this week one of the most anticipated, biggest, and most exciting music festivals in the Midwest will take place, Wavefront Music Festival.

Chicago Public Relations

We start the week with Eduardo’s Enoteca and their 5 Rabbit Cerveceria Beer Brunch. It took place from 10:00 am till 1:00 pm at their restaurant located on N. Dearborn Street.

The menu was inspired by Chicago’s own 5 Rabbit Cerveceria, along with the usual Saturday and Sunday brunch menu.

Some of the things on the list included Beer-Caramelized Bacon Flight with tastings of 5 Rabbit Golden Ales, Missionario, an unfiltered wheat beer fermented with Muscat grape and almonds; and 5 Lizard, a Latin style Witbier brewed with Coriander and lime, accompanied by bacon caramelized in 5 Rabbit beer syrup and many more!

Beer Brunch specialty cocktails included; a “Brewdriver”, an enjoyable twist on a classic Mimosa made with Missionario a Michelada with 5 Rabbit Golden Ale, tomato juice, lime and special spices; or you had a chance to get your morning buzz with Eduardo’s version of the classic summer Sidewalker: a mix of 5 Lizard beer, Brandy, lemon juice, maple syrup and club soda served by the pitcher

On June 27th Wavefront through a media preview party hosted at Studio Paris from 6:00PM till 10:00 PM. The event was sponsored by Belvedere Vodka, Akira Chicago and Michigan Avenue Magazine with Gene Ferris on the turntables.
