Gino’s East, Previews a California Lager From Anchor Brewing

Chicago Public Relations Firm, Molise PR has a number of clients however, Gino’s East of Chicago, had the honor of hosting a great summer launch event for Anchor Brewing to unveil their California Lager in Chicago.  Anchor Brewing is one of the older breweries in America dating back to 1896, and looks to become one of the top breweries in the Nation. Chicago is one of the first markets outside of California to sell the Lager, and Gino’s is honored to provide it for Chicago craft beer enthusiasts, considering Chicago is quickly becoming a top brewery city in America.

Missed the launch event?  No worries, you don’t need an excuse to try one of Gino’s East famous deep-dish Chicago style pizzas, sandwiches, soups, and salads and the extended list of craft brews on tap.

The Gino’s East story began in 1966 when two taxi drivers and a friend, frustrated with rush hour traffic, decided to open a pizzeria just off Michigan Avenue and Superior Street in Chicago. The Original Gino’s East became an instant legend. Located just steps off Chicago’s Magnificent Mile, Gino’s East has become a famous part of Chicago’s history.

Today, their famous deep dish pizza tastes the same as it did back then.  Each legendary pizza is created by hand with a foundation of their secret recipe: golden, buttery and flaky crust. The crust is then layered with cheese and loaded with a choice of fresh ingredients including the famous patty-style sausage, then topped with their tangy sauce from fresh vine-ripened tomatoes.  Once baked to perfection these enormous pies are brought to your table in well-seasoned, cast-iron skillets.   Fan favorites include the Meaty Legend and Chicago Fire.

Gino’s East Pizza is a place for people to come in and grab a world renown, slice of pizza, with its 50 years in the business they have fed many travelers from around the world. The Original Gino’s East is still the number one pizza restaurant where customers from near and far return year after year to scribble their names into the wood and stucco walls of our flagship restaurant in downtown Chicago.
